Kshitij is practicing Energy-Psychology (EFT) for last 9 years. That makes him one of the earliest practitioners of EFT from India.
He is an MBA in Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai. He has been associated with Acumen Business Consulting as an Expert Resource. He is a Landmark Education Forum, Curriculum and Communication Course Curriculum Graduate.
Kshitij has been leading workshops and taking Personal Coaching on a wide range of Emotional and Behavioural Issues. He brings a unique tool of GAGA Grid developed by him in his practice.
These workshops are open workshops allowing participants from diverse age groups and socio-economic backgrounds connect with their emotions, and therein with their humanity. The approach is a three step hop, skip and jump : audit, overhaul and creation. Energy-Psychology provides the framework for an efficient execution of the same.
Other than these open workshops, some of the Organisations for which he has Facilitated, Co-Facilitated and/or designed Training Modules include ICICI OneSource, Acumen Business Consulting, Godrej Industries, IASAP, Puranik Builders and Abott.
He has worked with over 250 individual clients on a range of issues. These also include some CEOs and Senior Managers from the corporate world.
The mission here is to constantly explore and expand the limits of individual experience and performance. Kshitij feels excited about emotions, creativity and stories. In line with these, he finds Comparative Mythologies, Films and Creative Writing stimulating and derives from all of these streams. More specifically from the works of Joseph Campbell and Julia Cameron. The underlying belief is that these constitute and contribute to the wider stream of Energy-Psychology.
Kshitij has earlier Produced educational content for Zee Education Channel and Assisted on films. ‘Blue Baby’, an original screenplay written by him was selected by NFDC for International Film Festival of India, Film Bazaar, Goa.It is slated to be made into a feature length film on finding appropriate funding partners.
